The floors in your facility take a beating. Your carpeted surfaces require maintenance, but so do your tile surfaces and the grout. When it sparkles it’s great. But when it gets dingy and tired looking it’s time for a thorough cleaning. Sometimes a mop or sponge just won’t cut it.

Our technicians take their job seriously. And their job is to make your facility look great. There’s no need to struggle with tile that just doesn’t want to come clean. We have the tools and techniques to bring your tiled floors back to life.

The tile and grout cleaning process

Our technicians use a very specific process to clean your tile and grout:

1. An inspection is performed of the surface for any damage.
2. The furniture is moved with care and the work area is prepared. We ask that our customers remove all breakables.
3. Sweeping and vacuuming removes loose dirt, dust, or soil.
4. A pre-conditioner breaks down oils and stains.
5. Floors are scrubbed with abrasive brushes to remove stains and traffic patterns.
6. Pressure cleaning is done with a rotary hot water extractor leaving the area clean and fresh.
7. Excess water residue is removed and the drying process starts.
8. Once dried, furniture is placed in its original positions.

OPTION: Sealant can be applied first around the edges and then sprayed evenly throughout the area that was cleaned. A grout sealer helps prevent future staining of your grout and make cleaning easier.

NOTE: If sealant is applied, the drying process will take a little longer and the furniture will need be replaced at a later time.
